Abstract
본 연구의 목적은 도시지역관 광객의 혼잡기대, 혼잡지각, 만족도 및 행동의도간의 관계를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌 고찰을 통해 연구모형을 제시하였으며, 비수기 시즌에 우도를 방문한 관광객 대상으로 202부의 유효 표본을 확보하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 구조모델은 다음의 연구가설(H1~H4)을 채택되었다. 구체적으로 혼잡기대는 혼잡지각에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 혼잡지각은 만족도에 부정적인 영향을 미치고, 만족도는 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 혼잡지각은 행동의도에도 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구가설 이외에 추가경로(만족도→행동의도)가 발견되었고, 만족도는 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 구조적 관계에 대한 결과에 따르면 혼잡지각과 행동의도는 본 연구에서 학술적·실무적으로 핵심 구성개념임을 보여준다.
This study examines the relationships among four factors - carrying capacity, expectancy on crowding, crowding perception, satisfaction, and behavioral intention - using a structural model. In order to achieve the study purpose, a literature review was conducted and research models was proposed. Then, survey was conducted to collected data from U-do visitors. A total of 202 questionnaires were utilized for data analysis. With the acceptance of four hypotheses (H1∼H4), it found that the expectancy on crowding had a positive effect on crowding perception. However, crowding perception had a negative effect on visitor’s satisfaction. These findings also indicated that the crowding perception was likely to influence on behavioral intention significantly. In addition, it found that satisfaction seemed to have significantly influence on behavioral intention. With these findings, the study provides the theoretical and practical contributions in the understanding of the structural relationship between crowding perception and behavioral intention.
