dc.description.abstractIn this paper, we present a method for blind estimation of interleaving parameter by using soft metric in a non-cooperative context. We first choose the data with fewer errors by using soft metric and then compare rank deficiency distributions to estimate interleaving parameter. We validate the proposed method through computer simulations and show that the proposed method outperforms the conventional methods in fading channels.-
