- Abstract
- 최근 반도체 검출을 위하여 위상 복원 알고리즘을 이용하는 Coherent Diffractive Imaging (CDI) 기술이 사용되고 있으며, 이를 넓은 범위에서 수행할 수 있는 타이코그라피(ptychography)에 대한 연구도 진행되었다. 본 논문에서는 타이코그라피 알고리즘 중 하나인 pcPIE 알고리즘과 Superresolution Imaging 알고리즘을 결합시킨, 광원의 조사 위치 변화에 강인하면서도 높은 해상도를 가지는 위상 복원 알고리즘을 제안하고, 해당 알고리즘을 이용하여 기존 알고리즘보다 위상 복원의 오차를 감소시켰다.
