| dc.description.abstract | The electrical properties of MoS2 make it highly sensitive to the surface charge density of a cell on MoS2 channel. Here, we fabricated a h-BN sandwiched MoS2 FET integrated with a microfluidic PDMS-constriction-channel for the effective positioning and sensing of cancer cells. By combining advantages of sensitive electrical properties of 2D material and microfluidic geometry, our constriction-channel combined MoS2 sensor could distinguish a single breast cancer cell from the electrolyte by the positive threshold voltage shift of the sensor. | - |
