| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서는 보다 우수한 자성특성을 가지는 소결 자석을 제조하고자 Nd-Fe-B 소결자석을 특정 온도구간에 서 반복열처리를 실시하였다. 반복열처리는 Nd2Fe14B상과 Nd-rich상간의 큰 열팽창계수차이를 이용하여 결정립 계에 응력이 인가시키고， 이렇게 인가된응력은자구벽의 이동을방해하여 보자력을 향상시키는 원인으로 작용할 것으로 판단하였다. | - |
