dc.description.abstract | The interest in the preparation and application of nanometer size materials is increasing since they can exhibit properties of great industrial interest. Several techniques have been proposed to produce nanomaterials using supercritical fluids. Novel nanostructure materials are attracting a great deal of interest because of their potential applications in nanodevice ,catalysts, sensors, and so on. In this study, one rare earthelements doped nanostructure Ce02 synthesized via supercritical carbon dioxidefluid at 120-135oC. The size of nanofibers was about 40nm width. This method has the advantage of lowre action temperature and without any help of metal catalysts or capping agent, relative simplicity Gadolinium doped ceria nanofiber synthesized via supercriticalcarbon dioxide fluid at 120-135`C. With increasingtemperature, nanofibers appeared network structure and agglomerated but lowpressure appeared nanoparticle Experiment showed that the controlled of nanofibers and nanoparticles can be realized through changing the reactiontime, temperature and pressure Cerium oxide nanostructures were characterizedusing XRD, BET, EDS, TG/DSC and SEM | - |
