The construction industry of Japan developed the eco-cement using city garbage, sewage sludge and ohers for the domestic waste disposal, and the eco-cement was adopted in JIS R 5214 in 2002. However, there is a serious problem that the compressive strength of the concrete using the eco-cement under the long term age is lower than the concrete using portland cement. Accordingly, in this study, fly ash in eco-cement concrete to improve compressive strength of long term age and compressive strength test was carried out. Drying shrinkage of the eco-cement concrete using fly ash was also investigated.-
