| dc.description.abstract | In this study, we used remodeled TiO2 bilayer consisted of atomic layer deposited TiO2 layer, nanocrystalline TiO2 layer or rod-like anatase particles for Dye-Sensitized Solar cell. We controlled the combination of these, and remodeled TiO2 trilayer have distinct three layers, first TiO2 layer was piled up by Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) process and covered with second TiO2 nanoparticle layer by wet process, and at last, rod-like anatase layer synthesized by surfactant-assisted process was accumulated on them. Titanium tetraisopropoxide(TTIP) as a titanium precursor was employed in all the process. The morphology of rod-like anatase was controlled by various molar ratio of water, alcohol and surfactant. | - |
