| dc.description.abstract | Among the whole conducting polymers, polyaniline(PANI) has been extensively studied because of its simply synthesis, environmental stability, relatively high conductivity and doping with protonic acids. In these reasons, I have been studied PANI and used it to store hydrogen. To begin with the reaction of TiH2 and PANI was carried out as an addition method. The ionized Ti was reacted with dissolved PANI in NMP. Second, using a synthesis method in aqueous hydrochloric acid solution with ammonium persulfate as an oxidant, emeraldine form of PANI was synthesized. The composites help confirm the chemical bonding of PANI and TiH2 through UV/vis and FT-IR spectra. In addition, FE-SEM EDS, ICP-AES, and PIXE show its elementary composition. We can know how much Ti contain through them, and we expect the progress of Hydrogen Storage Capacity. | - |
