| dc.description.abstract | 기존 TD OCT는 6mm linear radial scan을 통해 단지 6개의 B-scan으로 황반을 검사하므로 필연적으로 나머지 대부분 범위의 소견을 놓칠 가능성이 있다. 하지만 FD OCT는 빠른 스캔 스피드로 6mmX6mm의 cube scan을 통해 128개의 B-scan으로 황반을 검사하므로, 주어진 해상력으로 구별할 수 있는 대부분 범위의 황반을 스캔하므로, 거의 모든 황반소견을 포착하여 Anti-VEGF 치료결정에 높은 신뢰성을 제공한다 | - |
