| dc.description.abstract | 20 Gauge trocar vitrectomy는 기존의 small gauge vitrectomy의 장점을 갖추며, 그 단점을 보완하여 수술은 더 효율적이고 빠르며, 경제적이다. 또한 trocar valve가 있어 술 중 안압 유지가 가능하고, 동시에 다른 게이지 기구를 사용하는 universal gauge vitrectomy가 가능하다. 또한 23G tropcar와 25 G trocar를 병합하는 hybrid vitrectomy가 가능하다. 5000 Cs 기름 사용가능하며, 절개창 누출도 효과적으로 예방이 가능하다. 필요시 20G 수술이 소절개수술의 단점을 보완하는 대체술기가 될 수 도 있다고 사료된다. | - |
