dc.description.abstract | Melanoma is the most aggressive form of skin cancer and is the fastest growing cancer in the United States. In this study, the synthesis of a new series of diaryl urea having pyrrolo[3,2-b]pyridine scaffold is described. Their in vitro antiproliferative activities against human melanoma cell line A375 were tested and the effect of substituents on the phenylring was investigated. | - |
