dc.description.abstractThe effect of SiO2 & ZnO with Au composites on the photostability of Safranin-O was investigated as time interval, concentration and intensity of UV light. In this study, H2O2 were added to the Safranin-O aqueous solution as an oxidizing agent. The SiO2 and ZnO are modified by APTMS. we applied with SiO2 and ZnO with Au composite made by alcohol reduction. UV lamp (λ=254nm) was used as the light source. Optical properties of the composites and Safranin-O were investigated by UV-vis spectroscopy. The composites between SiO2 and ZnO with Au were confirmed by TEM.-
