dc.description.abstractAl-Xwt.%Cu(X=8, 16, 24) powder mixture was successfully fabricated by Turbular (3D mixer) using transient liquid phase sintering. The methylcellulose and ammonium bicarbonate were added as a spacer holder particle and compared with the mechanical properties with different Cu contents. The mixture was uniaxially cold-compacted by 400MPa. The evaporation condition of methylcellulose was 400℃ for 2h and that of ammonium bicarbonate was 200℃ for 1h. Sintering process was performed at 610℃ for 1h at N2 atmosphere. Also 3-point bending test was performed. Yield strength of specimen which contained ammonium bicarbonate was higher than that of methylcellulose. Further more, Its strength become higher with increasing the content of Cu. It was considered that the shape of pore was dominated by the shape of space holder therefore, it was easily controlled by the effect of stress concentration.-
