Effect of delayed intracoronary infusion of mobilized peripheral blood stem cells by G-CSF on in-stent restenosis and cardiac function in patients with MI

Abstract

Conclusion: Delayed more than 4 weeks from coronary stenting, intracoronary infusion of mobilized PBSCs with G-CSF should not increase in-stent restenosis with preserved beneficial effect of stem cell therapyon cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
