The hydrophobic gold and silver nanoparticles (NP) were loaded inside the liposome and the hydrophilic gold and platinum NP were loaded in the boundary of the lipid membrane. The hydrophobic silver and gold NP decreased the membrane fluidity (MF) both inside and outside of the lipid bilayer. While the MF of hydrophilic gold and platinum NP loaded liposome depends on the loading amounts. Small amounts added, increased the MF inside of the lipid bilayer, but large amounts added, increased the MF outside of the lipid bilayer. The MF of noble metal NP loaded liposome were controlled with the dispersed medium, and the loading amounts and the types noble metal NP.-
