dc.description.abstractIn order to Establishment of high throughput assay system for screening of inhibitor against Phytophthora capcisi microtubule formation and development of diagnostics using FRET (Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer) effect, xanthene derivatives, such as fluorescein and rhodamine, which have acid or amino functional group and xanthene derivatives having triazole moiety were prepared by cycloaddition reaction as a key step.-
