| dc.description.abstract | The traditional method of a business outcome measurement could be limited to check the long-term situation of a firm, and to make strategy for sudden changes. Letting outcome measurement and business-controlling system rely only on old financial index, results in errors on making strategy based on result index. This research not only introduces the equilibrium outcome index of the new outcome system model that helps analysis the measurement of the value and outcome of a construction company, but also derives Critical Success Factor(CSF), and Key Performance Indicator(KPI) for the final goal of a construction company. For all these, I would like to present Balanced Scorecard(BSC) Model, on the outcome management side about a company’s goal that matches to the business environment of a contraction company after analyzing the domestic construction company’s aim to understand the common features of strategic characteristic into characteristic of a contraction company | - |
