dc.description.abstractWe have been studied the fabrication of ZnO/TiO2 nanocables by using atomic layer deposition (ALD) with a anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) as the template. Anodic aluminum oxide template made by 0.3M oxalic acid and ZnO/TiO2 nanocables fabricated inside AAO template by using atomic layer deposition (ALD). TiO2 nanotubes deposited with titanium isopropoxide and water. ZnO deposited with diethyl zinc (DEZn) and water inside TiO2 nanotubes. The ZnO/TiO2 nanocables have been investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray Diffraction (XRD).-
