| dc.description.abstract | Noble metal nanoparticles (NMN) were loaded in the dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine (DPPC) liposome, named as ‘noble metal-loaded liposomes (NM-Lipo)’. NM-Lipo was spherical doughnut shapes by the optical microscope. A lot of NMN were observed in the NM-Lipo by the ultra thin section TEM. Analysis of EDS mapping and additional elemental indexing of spectrum proved that a lot of NMN loaded in the liposomes were confirmed to be silver, gold and platinum nanoparticles, respectively. The micro-viscosities of metal-loaded liposomal bilayer membranes were increased or decreased with increasing hydrophilic or hydrophobic NMN, were assessed by fluorescence anisotropy of DPH or ANS at various temperatures. | - |
