| dc.description.abstract | We proposed the Pixel-Isolated Liquid Crystal (PILC) mode as stable LC mode for plastic LC display applications. In fabrication of PILC mode, we used method of two step UV exposure on LC and polymer mixture. We first formed polymer wall structure followed by formation of PSCOF structure. To obtain good quality of LC alignment, we investigated the effect of alignment layer on PSCOF morphology. We applied the above results in fabrication of plastic LCD. | - |
