| dc.description.abstract | 임신오조는 임신의 흔한 초기증상이지만, 심한 경우 수분 및 영양소의 섭취부족으로 여러가지 합병증을 유발하여 산모와 태아에 치명적인 손상을 유발할 수 있다. wernicke 증후군은 주로 알코올 중독 환자에서 thiamine 결핍으로 인해 발생한다고 알려져있으나 산모에서 심한 임신오조로 섭취가 불량할 경우 발생가능하다. 저자들은 심한 임신오조를 보인 산모에서 wernicke 뇌병증 1례를 경험했기에 보고한다. | - |
