| dc.description.abstract | 이상으로 요통이나 하지방사통 환자를 대상으로 임상에서 흔히 사용되는 경막외 스테로이드주사는 발생빈도가 낮긴 하지만 신체 전반에 걸쳐 주사방법이나 사용약제에 따라 다양한 부작용과 잠재적인 합병증을 유발할 수 있는 주사임을 알 수 있다. 따라서, 주사전 세심한 환자 진찰을 통해 사전 위험요인을 잘 파악, 교정한 후 올바른 해부학적 지식에 근거한 정확한 시술과 세심한 시술후 환자 관찰을 통해 발생 가능한 합병증과 부작용을 예방하여 치료의 효과를 높이는 것이 관건이라고 할 수 있다. | - |
