| dc.description.abstract | Most exocrine pancreatic tumors are of ductal origin, whereas acinar cell adenocarcinomas are unusual (1% to 2% of all exocrine pancreatic neoplasms). We performed 2 cases of pancreaticduodenectomy in patients with pancreatic head mass, which was initially diagnosed by radiologist as usual pancreatic adenocarcinoma. The histologic diagnosis was acinar cell carcinoma (ACC), originating in the pancreatic uncinate process. So we report these 2 rare cases with brief review of literatures. | - |
