| dc.description.abstract | Although It is well known that the poly(N-vynyl carvazole)(PVK) is good organic photocunducting polymer, is lower by several orders of magnitude than conductivity of polypyrole or polythiophene. In application of device fabrication, for reason of relative lower conductivity of PVK is required high voltage, raise a several problem in practical use of manufactured goods. There are several techniques to elevate photoconductivity of PVK. but It has got to elevate photoconductivity of PVK is maintaining themal stabilization at low voltage range. In this paper, a device Based on field enhancement of CNT in between electrode was fabricated. and Current/voltage was measured for Electrode that was composed of ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) glass , CNT(Carbon Nanotube) and PVK. In result, device using CNT become much higher current than that of pure PVK sandwich device. | - |
