| dc.description.abstract | 최근 과민성 장 증후군 환자에서 s자 결장의 조절능에 대한 연구보고가 있지만 아직 연구가 미흡하며 특히 아형에 따른 조절능의 차이는 알려져 있지 않다. 이에 저자는 s자 결장에 풍선을 삽입하고 Barostat 를 이용하여 s자 결장 조절능을 측정하였다. 시작상사척도를 이용하여 지난 3개월 동안 증상 척도를 측정하고 지난 3개월 동안 주당 평균 배변 횟수를 측정하여 s자 결장의 조절능과 연관성을 알아보았다. | - |
