| dc.description.abstract | 줄기세포란 분화하지 않은 미성숙 상태의 세포로서 줄기세포는 미분화 상태를 유지하면서 무한정으로 자가 복제할 수 있으며, 개체의 발생시기와 위치하는 장소에 따라 다양한 세포유형으로 분화할 수 있는세포들을 총칭한다. 현재 불치병또는 난치병으로 분류되는 질환의 대부분은 특정 세포나 조직이 고유한 기능을 상실함으로써 발생하기 때문에 줄기세포를 이용하여 정상적인 기능을 하는 세포로 대체할수 있다면 획기적인 치료방법이 될 수 있을것으로 생각하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 줄기세포를 이용한 세포치료가 가시화 되려면 줄기세포의 분자적 특성이 먼저 규명되어야 한다 | - |
