| dc.description.abstract | 미국과 일본은 지적재산권제도를 강화하여 제품수출의 적자를 지적재산권의 수출로 만회하려는 프로 페이튼정책을 펴고 있다. 또한 세계 각국은 발전으로 인하여 경제활동이 한 국민경제의 국경을 벗어나게 되면서 각국의 경쟁이 가속화되고 있어 우리나라가 세계 시장에서 살아 남기 위해서는 주변국인 일과 중국이 시장을 통합하여야 유럽이나 북미연합에 대응할 수 있다. 그렇기 위해서는 일본과 중국의 지적재산권법을 비교 검토하여 어떻게 조화할 것인가를 검토하지 않으면 안된다. | - |
