In this study, we chose 0.2Um hollow-fiber as cell retention device and optimizes the culture system on the basis of results of preliminary experiments, including the hollow-fiber performance test. A total culture duration was 10 days. The viable cell density reached a maximum of 6.5 * 10 cells/mL which is 3.1-fole higher compared to batch culture. The productivity oer bioreactor unit volume of time that cell density was maximum was 16.1+-0.5mg/L day-1 and approximately 4.2-fold higher than batch culture We can suggest that this culture mode may be suitable to get mass production of a short period. Still, this study was generated cell settling in fiber and fouling of fiber membrane.-
