dc.description.abstract | In general, pupil involving partial third nerve palsy is caused by compressive lesion in the cavernous portion. But, not commonly, it could be caused by midbrain fascicular or nuclear lesion, and presents in variable manner due to their three dimensional structures. Among the midbrain pathology presenting partial third nerve palsies, midbrain hemorrhage due to cavernous hemangioma is extremely rare. | - |
