| dc.description.abstract | 일본은 최근 지적재산권을 강화하여 경제회복을 도모하고 있다. 이러한 경우에 사회환경의 변화와 법률환경의 변화없이는 불가능하다고 판단하여 법정비와 더불어 대학의 연구인력으로부터 새로운 창출을 위하여 대학의 연구지원 및 연구성과물의 특허출원을 장려하고 있으며, 또 대학으로부터 연구결과물인 발명을 기업으로 이전을 위해 대학에 TLO에 대한 지원을 하고 있다. | - |
