| dc.description.abstract | 과거에는 질병 유전자 연구를 위해 다년간 대규모의 연구진이 노동집약적인 노력을 통해 불확실한 연구결과를 생산해왔지만, 현재는 한명의 대학원생이 유전체 시료를 가지고 발달된 연구환경 및 인터넷을 통한 데이터베이스를 사용함으로써 연구를 수행할 수 있음. 앞으로의 유전체연구는 90년대에 발표되었던 내용들, 즉 유전체분석기술개발, 유전체의 유전자 위치결정 및 인간을 포함한 생명체의 유전체 분석 등이 완성됨에 따라 장차 "인간의 건강과 삶의 증진"이라는 목표를 갖게 되었음. 이 목표를 위하여 HGP의 기반 위에 여섯가지 유전체 연구의 핵심요소인 데이터 및 자원(resources);기술개발( technology development ); 컴퓨터생물학 (computational biology ); 훈련(training); 윤리, 법률, 사회 영역 관련사항 (ethical, legal and social implications); 교육(education)등이 생물학, 건강, 인류사회의 세가지 영역에 걸쳐 기여하고 발전되어야 한다. | - |
