Effect of Resolution of Glucotoxicity on -cell Insulin Secretion in Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract

In conclusion, age and HbA1c are important in -cell insulin secretion in type 2 diabetes and disease duration is one most important factor in recovery of glucotoxicity. Though not all cases are applied, resolution of glucotoxicity can give the -cell its own reversibility and the effort will be especially needed in short duration of diabetes.
