| dc.description.abstract | Metronidazole내성 질편모충인 KT-51과 Metronidazole감수성 질편모충인 KT4, 1910주를 비교하였는 바, Aerobic test에서의 KT51의 MLC는 125ug/ml로서 약제감수성 분리주의 0.97-7.8ug/ml에 비해 월등하 높았음. 병원성을 비교한 cytotoxicity test에서는 약제내성주와 약제감수성주가 각기 36%와 64.1%로 약제감수성주에서 높은 수치가 확인되었음. HeLa세포에 대한 adhesion test에서는 30.1%와 28.8%로 비슷하였고 마우스 농양검사에서는 11.8mm2및 18.8mm2로 약제감수성주가 높은 수치를 보였음. 분열시간은 약제내성주와 약제감수성주에서 각기 7.1시간과 4.7시간으로 나타나 약제내성주가 느리게 분열하는 것을 알 수 있었음. | - |
