| dc.description.abstract | 국소전립선암의 근치적 치료는 전립선적출술과 방사선요법으로 나눌수 있다. 국소전립선암 환자에서 시행한 체외방사선요법의 효과와 PSA재발에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 결론: PSA추적 결과만을 볼 때 국소전립선암에 대한 체외방사선요법은 매우 효과적인 치료법이지만 PSA nadir 도달후에도 항상 PSA재발의 위험이 있으므로 장기적인 PSA의 추적관찰이 요구된다. | - |
