| dc.description.abstract | 1987년1월부터 2004년 3월까지 본원에서 간세포암으로 진단을 받고 수술적 치료를 시행한 287명의 환자중에 병리학적으로 경화성 간세포암으로 진단된 5명의 환자를 대상으로 하였고, 경화성 간세포암은 흔하지 않은 조직형으로 임상적인 특징이 기존의 간세포암과 다른 것으로 보고되고 있어서 진단시에 정밀추적검사가 필요 하리라 생각되지만 증례의 수가 적어서 정확한 특징을 확인하기가 어려워서 추후에 추가연구가 필요함. | - |
