| dc.description.abstract | 수술 전 평가와 비교하여 SCL-90-R의 전체심각도는 20%(45->36), 불안 45%(64->35), 상태불안의 27%(45->33)와 Beck 우울점수의 64%(11->4)의 증상 감소 효과를 보였으며 이러한 호전은 수술 후 3개월에도 계속 유지되었다. 심리평가 상의 호전은 환자의 주관적 호소나 임상의의 관찰과도 일치하였다. | - |
