dc.description.abstract | Differentiation of ATM for DAH is important in the conductance of therapeutic trial and progress prognosis, especially in first clinical presentation. Moreover spinal form of MS or are not less common in oriental country. We conducted this study for comparison of laboratory characteristics between idiopathic ATM and disease-associated myelitis at first clinical attack. In this study, DAM had younger onset age than idiopathic ATM group, dominant motor deficit at first, and more diffuse distribution of cord lesion. Also repeated attack was existed. So if above feature is dominant in patient as first clinical symptoms, evaluation for DAM may be necessary for early therapeutic trial. | - |
