| dc.description.abstract | 슬관절 전치환술후 추시결과를 분석한 연구로, 폴리에틸렌 삽입물의 마모만 있어 폴리에틸렌 삽입물의 교체만 시행한 경우보다 삽입물의 이완이나 골용해가 심하여 모든 삽입물을 제거하고 재치환술을 시행한 경우에서 추시 knee score와 function score는 더 높게 측정되었으며, 감염이 재치환술의 원인으로 성공적 재치환술이 된 경우 술후 환자 만족도는 매우 좋았다. | - |
