dc.description.abstract | We fabricated and characterized directly modulated analog optical transceiver for optical SCM transmission system. Throughout the performance analysis of the fabricated optical transceiver, we confirmed that the RF input power for transmitter from -10dBm to 0dBm was required. In the frequency range between 1.5GHz and 2.1GHz, fabricated optical transceiver has a relatively flat frequency response. | - |
