| dc.description.abstract | 살모넬라증은 오랜 인류의 질환이지만 20세기 후반 들어 역학적으로 큰 변화가 있었다. 첫째, 동남아지역을 중심으로 다약제 내성 장티프스가 정착하였고, 둘째 다약제 내성 Salmonella enterica serotype Typhimurium (이하 S. typhimurium) DT104 균이 전 세계적으로 퍼졌으며, 셋째 Salmonella enterica serotype Enteritidis (이하 S. enteritidis) 감염이 크게 증가하였다. 이번 연제에서는 최근 국내외에서 발생하는 살모넬라증의 역학과 그들이 발현하는 내성의 특징에 관하여 살펴보겠다. | - |
