| dc.description.abstract | 발포 Ball bead를 이용한 대체 완충재 개발연구는 최초시점에서 는 옥수수 자체 물성에 의해 만족할 수 있는 완충재로써의 물성은 나타나지 않았으나, 발포 ball bead의 사용으로 코팅공정, 하침공정, 발포.성형 공정의 최적화 연구를 수행할 수 있었으며, EPS수지의 물성에 비해 거의 대등한 수준까지 도달할 수 있었다. 이러한 공정을 거쳐 만들어진 제품은 생분해성, 생분괴성 플라스틱에 해당이 되어 기존의 생분해성 완충재의 비싼 가격과 생분해성, 생붕괴성 완충재의 취약한 생분해도 등의 단점을 개선시키고, 우수한 분해도와 저렴한 가격의 생분해성, 생붕괴성 완충재 시장을 공략할 수 있을 것으로 전망한다. | - |
