dc.description.abstract | The Zirconium Phosphate particles with the size of 20nm were fabricated through solution technique using precursors. Stable Zirconium phosphate could be ensured by mixing excess P to Zr instead of using reflux route that resulted in coarsening of particles due to an inevitably prolonged processing time. The excess phosphorous incorporated in the crystal was eliminated through careful washing and the stability of crystal was validated through TG and XRD analysis. | - |
