dc.description.abstractAlkyl group of diol-borane species which were synthesized by the reaction of diol-borane with potassium tert-butoxide and copper(I) halides in THF, were transferred to alkylation. Funthermore, stereoselective reductions of carbonyl group in the presence of saturated or nonconjugated carbonyl group were synthesized by diol-borane in THF.-
