| dc.description.abstract | 방전 플라즈마 소결은 최근 세라믹스,화합물계 열전재료 등 난소결성재료를 단시간에 치밀화시킬 수 있는 방법으로 알려져 다양한 분야에서 활용이 되고 있다. 방전 플라즈마소결에 대한 기술해설은 한국분말야금학회지 제 7권 4호에 방전플라즈마소결과 그 응용이라는 제목으로 게재된 바 있다.본 연구에서는 방전플라즈마소결을 난소결성재료를 금속간화합물들의 치밀화에 적용하여 그 유용성을 평가하고자 하였다. 각 재료계 소결과정의 수축율,미세 조직과 상형성들을 조사하여 치밀화 거동을 분석하였다. | - |
