| dc.description.abstract | An investigation on 3rd order nonlinear optical properties of GaAs-SiO2 composite thin films with controlled size of GaAs Quantum dots for a fixed GaAs volume content was performed. The composite thin films were prepared by alternate sputtering method at room temperature. The structural, chemical, and linear/nonlinear optical properties of the films were characterized using HRTEM,XPS,spectrophotometer, PL and Z-scan method, respectively. | - |
