| dc.description.abstract | The determination of absolute configuration of compounds by proton and carbon-NMR spectroscopic identification of their asymmetric mixtures is one of the reliable method available. However, Compention method using F-NMR is not generally applicable to assingment of absolute configuration because of inconsistances in the sines of the difference of chemical shifts, In this presentation, because of inconsistances in the signs of the difference of chamical shifts. In this presentation, we showed the consistances in the these shifts suggest that fluorine-carbon compensating method can be more reliable in assigning absolute configurations of chiral sdymmetrics based on F-NMR spetroscopy. | - |
