| dc.description.abstract | 영세 소규모 사업장을 대상으로 산업보건과 관련된 전반적인 행동실태를 파악하였으며 건강행동의 형태에 영향을 미치는 다양한 관련요인에 대한 분석을 시도하였다. 이 연구 자료는 사업장 작업환경관리와 산업보건관련 건강증진활동을 위한 구체적인 자료를 제시 하므로써 실제 사업장 개입사업에 활용 가능하며, 특히 환경적 요인을 조절하는 것이 산업보건관련행동의 변화에 필요함을 제시하고 있다. 그러나향후 개입연구를 통해 환경적 요인의 조절에 의한 효과검증이 필요할 것이다. | - |
