| dc.description.abstract | W 중합금은 강도와 경도가 큰 텅스텐과 연성이 좋은 기지상으로 구성된 복합조직으로 우수한 기계적 특성을 지니며, 기존의 분말야금공정중 액상소결 방법으로 제조되고 있다. 그러나, 기존의 분말야금법은 소형의 복잡한 형상을 가진 부품을 제조하기에는 어려운 단점이 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 단점을 극복할 수 있는 방법으로 알려진 금속사출성형법을 W 중합금에 적용하기 위한 기초연구로서 특히, 금속사출성형공정 중 소결체의 물성에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려진 결합제 제거 및 소결공정을 확립하고자 하였다. | - |
