dc.description.abstractAn axial virtual cathode oscillator with stainless steel cathode and stainless steel anode is experimentally analyzed. A 140J/170kV Marx generator is used as an impulse generator to drive the axial virtual cathode oscillator. The gap distance between the anode and the cathode sets to 0.4 cm. The output power of the axial virtual cathode oscillator is analyzed for stainless steel cathode.-
